Several neighborhood centers provide retail-shopping opportunities for Alsip residents and businesses. New retail businesses have opened in Alsip over the last few years, and the Village continues to work to attract new retailers to Alsip. Several land sites along major Alsip routes are being developed or redeveloped for retail use. The Village is also home to Swap O Rama , the Midwest's largest indoor/outdoor flea market located at 4350 West 129th Street, 708-344-7300, open every weekend year round. Alsip residents also have easy access to Regional and Chicago, area malls, antique and specialty shops.
